With the risk of fines and penalties, agents and office managers developed their own workarounds using spreadsheets, calendars, or hard copy files.
This often resulted in a last-minute panic around CPD deadlines and confusion about qualification requirements.
We thought there has to be a better way.
So we made it our mission to create one.
Certrak's founders have a combined experience of almost three decades in real estate -
including working at franchise head offices, suburban agencies, RTOs and training providers, and in technology and data.
A licenced Class 1 Real Estate Agent in NSW with over 17 years experience in the field, in a franchise head office, and in managing training, Charmaine is on a mission to help agents solve the challenges of qualifications and CPD.
